Save in point and Save out point - sets first and last frame in selected clip. see In/Out point selector help.
Volume - select output volume amount of selected clip. You have to save this setting by click on
button. Click on 
button to get changes back.
Cut... - cuts selected clip before or after actual frame and sets None transition between new created clips.
